Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Annual Membership (“Membership”) provided by BEST SHOT RANGE LLC (“Range”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to the individual purchasing the membership (“Member”, “you”, or “your”). By purchasing or using the Membership, you agree to the following:
1. Membership Benefits
The Couples Membership includes the following for both registered individuals for 12 months from the date of purchase:
- Free Range Fees: Unlimited use of the shooting range during regular business hours.
- Free Gun Rentals: Access to our full selection of rental firearms at no additional cost.
- 50% Off Transfer Fees: Half-price on all FFL firearm transfer services.
Note: Ammunition and targets are not included with gun rentals and must be purchased separately from the Range.
2. Eligibility and Use
Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the individual listed on the membership account.
Members must be at least 18 years of age, or accompanied by a legal guardian, and must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and Range policies.
Valid government-issued photo ID is required upon each visit.
Membership does not grant priority access during full capacity; range use is subject to availability.
3. Term and Renewal
The Membership is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
Renewal is optional and subject to current pricing and terms at the time of renewal.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-prorated for early cancellation or unused time.
4. Safety and Conduct
All members must complete and sign the Range Safety Waiver before range use.
Safety rules must be followed at all times. Violation of any safety rule may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Limitations
Free gun rentals are limited to use on the premises only and may be subject to availability.
Discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to temporarily close or restrict access to the range for maintenance, private events, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of membership benefits constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Termination
The Range may terminate a membership at any time for violations of range rules, unsafe behavior, or misuse of membership privileges. No refunds will be issued in the event of termination for cause.
