We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy carefully before booking a class or lesson.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made 48+ hours before your scheduled class receive a full refund or free reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the booking fee.

  • One (1) complimentary reschedule is allowed with 48+ hours’ notice.

  • Late arrivals (10+ minutes) may forfeit the session without refund due to range safety requirements.

  • In the event of instructor cancellation, range closure, or unsafe conditions, clients may choose a full refund or reschedule.
